Horan Companies is a well-established, growth-focused insurance agency serving Central New York. For years, we've built our reputation on strong client relationships, community involvement, and taking care of both our clients and our employees.

We're looking for a Licensed Insurance Client Support Specialist to become the face of our Fulton office and an important member of our client service team.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and wants to build a long-term career in the insurance industry.

As the primary team member in our Fulton office, you'll often be the first person clients interact with. Whether they're visiting the office, calling with a question, making a payment, or requesting policy service, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience and ensuring their needs are handled professionally.

This position combines client service, administrative support, and insurance operations responsibilities while providing a clear growth path into an Account Manager or Client Service Representative role.

This is not a sales position. 

Your First 30 Days — and Where You'll Be
