We're looking for a Licensed Insurance Client Support Specialist to become the face of our Fulton office and an important member of our client service team.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, takes pride in delivering excellent service, and wants to build a long-term career in the insurance industry.
As the primary team member in our Fulton office, you'll often be the first person clients interact with. Whether they're visiting the office, calling with a question, making a payment, or requesting policy service, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience and ensuring their needs are handled professionally.
This position combines client service, administrative support, and insurance operations responsibilities while providing a clear growth path into an Account Manager or Client Service Representative role.
This is not a sales position.
Your First 30 Days — and Where You'll Be
Candidates must be able to commute to or relocate to Fulton, NY 13069 prior to the start date
Work Location Phase 1 (First 2 – 3 Weeks): Training onsite in Baldwinsville
Work Location Phase 2 (Weeks 3 – 4): Combination of Baldwinsville and Fulton
Work Location Phase 3: Permanent onsite assignment in Fulton

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist clients visiting the Fulton office

Process policy payments and service requests

Handle personal lines policy changes and endorsements

Monitor and respond to agency email communications

Assist clients by phone, email, and in person

Maintain accurate client and policy information

Support agency operations and workflow management

Provide backup support to other service team members

Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications

Active NYS Property & Casualty License and a minimum of one year of insurance servicing experience are required to be considered for this position.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable learning and using technology

Experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook required

Experience with HawkSoft and HubSpot is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
