Before entering the insurance industry, Sierra dedicated herself to her family — a role that shaped her into the patient, empathetic professional she is today. She understands that no two clients come from the same background, and that explaining what can feel like a foreign topic requires both patience and genuine care for the person across the table.

How Sierra Will Assist You

Sierra breaks coverage down into plain, conversational terms so that clients can truly understand what they have, not just nod along. She works primarily with commercial insurance clients, helping them make sense of commercial vehicle coverage, business coverage, situational coverage, and claims. She also assists with issuing certificates of insurance for lien holders, certificate holders, and any other business needs.

When it comes to finding the right solution, Sierra focuses on discussing options and scenarios that best align with each client's life and business requirements.

Life Outside the Office

Sierra has been married for 12 years and is the proud mother of four children, including a daughter with special needs. Family is at the center of everything she does, and you'll often find her cheering on her kids at their sporting events.

When she's not in the office or on the sidelines, Sierra enjoys camping, gardening, and crocheting. She loves 80s rock and country music, and her movie nights lean toward comedies and action films. She also attends church as often as she can.

Fast Fact: If colleagues were to vote, Sierra would be "most likely to dress the part," because she firmly believes you should always show up looking the role, especially at work.
