Life Outside the Office
When not in the office, Abbey embraces family life with her husband Donny and their three children—Bella (16), Remi (6), and Archie (3). They share their home with a menagerie of five pets—three cats and two dogs.
Though she describes herself as a homebody, Abbey eagerly ventures out for outdoor activities like hiking, kayaking, and swimming in their family pond or at their family camp on the lake during warm weather.
During winter months, she enjoys indoor activities with her children including games, crafts, and dancing around the house. Abbey particularly enjoys crocheting and participates in regular craft days with extended family. She's also active in bible studies and church-related groups throughout the year.
Abbey dreams of completing renovations on her old farmhouse one day—including adding a wrap-around front porch—as her family works on it room by room. She's especially excited about building a chicken coop in the near future!
A self-described "last minute pick up and go type of girl," Abbey hopes to take her family to visit relatives in Florida this year.
Abbey enjoys thrillers, true crime, and what she laughingly admits is "trash reality TV." Her musical tastes are eclectic, though she notes rap isn't among her favorites.
Abbey is voted most likely to be late, everywhere she goes and in everything she does.
